I just ordered the coolest pair of shades! When will I receive them?
We're so excited for you to receive them! All orders are processed in 2-4 business days, and shipping will vary based on your selection (See our Shipping page for more info)
"I entered in the wrong [shipping address, order amount, pair of sunglasses]!" Please contact us ASAP for any order changes. We like to ship your order out as soon as possible, so the sooner you contact us, the better. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we'll enter the return/exchange phase.

I should have received my item by now...where is it?
First thing to do is to check your item's tracking information. If your item says delivered, be sure you've completed a perimeter search of the destination address, including the mailbox. If it doesn't say delivered, but has been past time of ETA, please contact USPS.com. Often delays occur due to weather or other events.
The item I received is not the item I ordered!
Please contact us with you order number and we will resolve this at no additional cost.
